placing your order
You can submit your order via the website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you prefer, you may fax in your order to 336-760-5654. You can also place your order by mail. To request a mail order form, please email us at orders@imagebridal.com.
payment methods
For your convenience, ImageBridal.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well as PayPal Payment Services. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks for orders placed via fax or mail.
shipping
All of our packages are shipped insured using UPS Ground, USPS or Federal Express. Shipping fees are based on the order total. If shipping to multiple addresses, a shipping fee applies for each additional address. Shipping and handling times will vary from product to product depending on in-stock availability. An estimated shipping lead time is provided on each product description page. Please note: shipping lead times do not include shipping transit time which can vary between 1-6 business days depending on the shipping service selected. For orders shipped outside of the United States, ImageBridal.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred in association with the shipment.

sales tax
The corporate office of ImageBridal.com is located in the state of Florida. As such, we are required by law to collect sales tax for orders which are shipped to destinations within the state of Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.
minimum orders
We have a minimum order requirement for many of the products on our website. If you would like to place an order for a quantity that is less than our minimum requirement, please email your request to orders@imagebridal.com. We will try our best to accomodate all requests.
returns and cancellation policy
We stand behind our products and are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your purchase less shipping and handling charges and a 5% restocking fee. Please note that customized orders, perishables and confectionery merchandise cannot be returned. Authorized orders must be returned in the original form and packaging and received within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive the returned order for a refund to be issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You may cancel your order within three business days of placing your order. Any cancellations received after this time will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
